1. The "Three-Class" Evaluation Window

We offer a transparent period for you to evaluate the course quality:

• Refund Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted formally before the start of the fourth (4th) class.

• Finality: Once the 4th class begins, your enrollment is considered final. At this point, all seats and mentor resources are fully committed to your batch, and no refunds will be issued.

• Performance Clause: Students are encouraged to attend the first three sessions to ensure their feedback is based on the actual curriculum experience.

2. 24/7 Dedicated Support System

Business Growth Tip: Offering around-the-clock support is a massive competitive advantage. It ensures students never feel abandoned.

• Continuous Support: We provide 24/7 Support for any questions or technical issues you may face during your journey.

• Support Channels: Our dedicated support staff is reachable through the official student portal and batch-specific communication channels to resolve queries instantly.

3. Course Access & Maintenance Fees

To keep our learning materials updated and our servers secure, we have established the following access policy:

• 1-Year Free Access: Every student receives one full year of free access to their batch's class recordings on our website.

• Extended Access (Maintenance Fee): After the initial one-year period, students can extend their access to the recordings by paying a small maintenance fee. This fee covers server costs and ensures the content remains live and accessible for your continued reference.

4. Specialized Mentor Support & Remote Access

For students in Website Development and technical programs:

• Remote Troubleshooting: If you encounter complex coding errors, our mentors provide direct help via Remote Access (AnyDesk or TeamViewer).

• Hands-on Mentorship: This ensures that technical roadblocks do not hinder your progress. Remote sessions are scheduled through the official WhatsApp group.

5. Official Learning Ecosystem

• Website-Only Recordings: Class recordings are hosted exclusively on our website. To protect the value of your education, no external download links or third-party cloud drive access (e.g., Google Drive) will be provided.

• Official WhatsApp Groups: Each batch has a private WhatsApp group. This is the only authorized channel for receiving live class links (Zoom/Google Meet) and urgent updates.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

To protect our proprietary methods and your certificate's value:

• Recording Prohibition: Unauthorized recording of live sessions (via screen capture or external devices) is strictly prohibited.

• Non-Sharing Agreement: Sharing course documents, website login credentials, or class links with non-registered individuals is a violation of these terms.

• Enforcement: Violations will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action under the Copyright Act.

7. Non-Refundable Assets

The following costs are incurred immediately and are 100% non-refundable:

• Web Resources: Domain name registrations and Web Hosting allocations.

• Digital Content: Downloadable PDFs, E-books, and proprietary source codes.

• Special Events: Fees for specialized Webinars and one-time Masterclasses.

আপনার ফ্রিল্যান্সিং ক্যারিয়ারের স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপ দিতে E-Freelancing.com.bd সবসময় আপনার পাশে আছে। আমরা চাই আপনি প্রতিটি বিষয় মন দিয়ে শিখুন এবং সফল হোন। তবে একটি সুন্দর ও সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখার জন্য ভর্তির সময় আমাদের কিছু নিয়ম ও শর্ত মেনে নিতে হয়।

১. ৩টি ক্লাসে নিজেকে যাচাই করার সুযোগ (Evaluation Window)

আমরা চাই আপনি কোর্সের মান বুঝে তবেই এগিয়ে যান। তাই আমরা আপনাকে ৩টি ক্লাস পর্যন্ত সময় দিচ্ছি:

• রিফান্ডের সময়: যদি আপনার মনে হয় কোর্সটি আপনার জন্য নয়, তবে অবশ্যই ৪র্থ ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার আগে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

• পরবর্তী সিদ্ধান্ত: ৪র্থ ক্লাস শুরু হয়ে গেলে আপনার ভর্তিটি চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। কারণ এরপর আমরা আপনার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট আসন ও মেন্টরদের সময় বরাদ্ধ করে ফেলি, তাই এরপর আর টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ থাকে না।

• পরামর্শ: আমরা চাই আপনি প্রথম ৩টি ক্লাস মনোযোগ দিয়ে করুন যাতে আপনার সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সহজ হয়।

২. আপনার যখনই প্রয়োজন, আমরা আছি (২৪/৭ সাপোর্ট)

শিখতে গেলে সমস্যা হবেই, আর সেই সমস্যা সমাধানে আমরা আছি সবসময়।

• সার্বক্ষণিক সহযোগিতা: দিন হোক বা রাত ২টা—আপনার যেকোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যায় আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমকে পাশে পাবেন।

• সহজ যোগাযোগ: আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা আপনার নির্দিষ্ট ব্যাচের মাধ্যমে আপনি সরাসরি আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

৩. কোর্স রেকর্ডিং ও মেইনটেন্যান্স ফি

শেখার উপকরণগুলো যাতে সবসময় আপডেট থাকে এবং সার্ভারে নিরাপদে থাকে, সেজন্য আমাদের এই নিয়ম:

• ১ বছর ফ্রি অ্যাক্সেস: ভর্তির পর টানা ১ বছর আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের ক্লাস রেকর্ডিংগুলো একদম ফ্রিতে দেখতে পারবেন।

• পরবর্তী সুবিধা: ১ বছর পার হয়ে গেলে যদি আপনি আবারও ভিডিওগুলো দেখতে চান, তবে খুব সামান্য একটি 'মেইনটেন্যান্স ফি' দিয়ে সময় বাড়িয়ে নিতে পারবেন। এই টাকাটি মূলত সার্ভারের খরচ চালানোর জন্য নেওয়া হয়।

৪. হাত কলমে শেখা ও রিমোট সাপোর্ট

বিশেষ করে ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট বা কোডিং শিখতে গিয়ে কোনো বড় সমস্যায় পড়লে আমাদের মেন্টররা সরাসরি আপনার পিসিতে রিমোটলি (AnyDesk বা TeamViewer-এর মাধ্যমে) ঢুকে সমাধান করে দেবেন। টেকনিক্যাল কোনো বাধাই যেন আপনার শেখা থামিয়ে না দেয়, সেটাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য।

৫. আমাদের শেখার মাধ্যম (WhatsApp ও ওয়েবসাইট)

• ওয়েবসাইটেই সব ক্লাস: ক্লাসের রেকর্ডিং শুধু আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটেই থাকবে। নিরাপত্তার খাতিরে কোনো ড্রাইভ লিংক বা ডাউনলোডের সুযোগ দেওয়া হয় না।

• অফিসিয়াল হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ গ্রুপ: ক্লাসের লিংক (Zoom/Google Meet) এবং জরুরি সব আপডেট শুধু আপনার ব্যাচের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ গ্রুপেই পাবেন। তাই গ্রুপের মেসেজে সবসময় নজর রাখুন।

৬. মেধা সম্পদ ও আপনার সার্টিফিকেটের সুরক্ষা

আপনার কোর্সের মান এবং সার্টিফিকেটের ভ্যালু রক্ষা করা আমাদের সবার দায়িত্ব:

• রেকর্ডিং নিষেধ: লাইভ ক্লাসের স্ক্রিন রেকর্ড বা বাইরে কোনো ডিভাইসে রেকর্ড করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

• শেয়ারিং নিষেধ: আপনার লগইন আইডি বা ক্লাসের লিংক অন্য কাউকে দেবেন না।

• আইনি ব্যবস্থা: এই নিয়মগুলো ভাঙলে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হতে পারে এবং বাংলাদেশের কপিরাইট আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

৭. যে খরচগুলো অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-Refundable)

কিছু জিনিস আমরা আপনার জন্য সাথে সাথেই কিনে ফেলি, তাই সেগুলো রিফান্ডের আওতায় পড়ে না:

• ডোমেইন এবং হোস্টিং খরচ।

• আমাদের দেওয়া ই-বুক বা স্পেশাল সোর্স কোড।

• স্পেশাল মাস্টারক্লাস বা ওয়েবিনারের ফি।
